Mouthpeace Consulting LLC works with public, private, and governmental organizations to solve internal communication problems and toprovide solutions for performance-draining communication issues.

Organizations vary in how much communication consulting they require. Occasionally, all that’s needed is for some new skills training to be integrated into existing offerings, while at other times, a more comprehensive approach is needed to improve internal communication and communication with customers.

Our organizational consulting focuses on employee communication, and usually takes one of three forms: (1) improving internal communication between and among employees, (2) developing communication skills to strengthen your employee’s ability to interact externally with customers and clients, and (3) change initiatives designed to improve or redesign the ways that people in your organization communicate. In all cases, we will work with you to find the best communication solution to address your needs.

Problem-Solving Consulting Package

Mouthpeace Consulting also offers a problem-solving consulting package to help you identify solutions for communication problems that are sapping your organization’s productivity and effectiveness. This package includes an initial phone call, a site visit, and a written report detailing ways to solve the problem.

Mouthpeace Consulting’s problem-solving package is $5,000 plus instructor travel and includes the following three services: Purchase

  • One phone call up to two hours in length to learn about the problem.
  • An on-site (single-day) visit to observe the problem in action.
  • A one- or two-version solution to the problem. Version I: Mouthpeace Consulting tells you how to solve the problem yourself, without no additional consulting required. Version II: Mouthpeace Consulting tells you how we can assist you in solving the problem (if applicable).
